Our dressing gowns are 100% wool upcyled from our iconic New Zealand Retro Blankets. They are fully lined with cotton flannelette featuring a long open ended zip making them easy to put on and take off.
The hood add for extra comfort warmth and a whole lot of soul.
We don’t mass produce these bespoke dressing gowns, each one is a unique handmade piece, so you can be assured you have a one off handcrafted dressing gown just for you.
SoulSlips NZ uses Waiheke Couriers and NZ Couriers pick up from Auckland, for all nationwide shipping including Rural. When we receive an order we will validate the order and delivery is generally door to door by courier unless otherwise discussed.
Please be aware that if you are RURAL you need to disclose this as the courier cost is more expensive for rural deliveries. If we discover you have not disclosed that you are Rural you will be invoiced for the additional courier cost.
Delivery of SoulSlips NZ products are generally shipped within 2/3 days of your order being placed and of us confirming receipt of the order. This excludes weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather etc.
Any products damaged in transit SoulSlips NZ is to be notified immediately on receipt of the product to SoulSlips NZ either by phone 021677738 or by email, firstname.lastname@example.org and best options to rectify will be discussed with the customer at the time. This may be the return of the product and replacement issued.
SoulSlips makes every effort to ensure items are of the highest quality are checked before Dispatch. If an item is received damaged in transit, please contact us immediately either by email or phone to 021677738 . If an item is damaged in transit SoulSlips nz will replace or refund either on receipt of the goods or photo of damage. We will pay for the delivery of the replacement item NOT the return postage.
SoulSlips nz has a no return policy due to each pair being handmade as seldom are two alike. SoulSlips are not made in bulk and each pair is unique and individual, we are therefore unable to replace a pair purchased in the exact same materials. If a pair is damaged or faulty you may not be able to get the exact same pair again, however we do our best to accommodate you. Therefore it is imperative that you measure your feet carefully as per our guidelines to ensure that you purchase the right size.
