Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please read the following policy carefully – buying any of our products online means that you agree to this. All cancellations require an early notification before dispatch. Please note that you will remain liable for full payment of the price of the purchased item should you fail to provide a cancellation notice immediately after the transaction. To cancel your order: Please call SoulSlips nz or email us immediately after your purchase quoting your order number. Your refund will then be processed IF your order has not been shipped.
SoulSlips makes every effort to ensure items are of the highest quality are checked before Dispatch. If an item is received damaged in transit, please contact us immediately either by email or phone to 021677738 . If an item is damaged in transit SoulSlips nz will replace or refund either on receipt of the goods or photo of damage. We will pay for the delivery of the replacement item NOT the return postage.
SoulSlips nz is always happy to accomodate you with returns we understand that you are paying a premium price for a quality product and size mistakes are inevitable.
All we ask is you to return the item at your expense with a tracking no, once we have received your returned item we will then swap them out for another size.
Please be aware though that our products are bespoke and not made in bulk so you may not end up getting exactly the same one back but would need to be flexible in choosing an alternative product.
Please note there is a no return policy on SALE items so please ensure you are certain of your size.
